Return & Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately you can’t exchange or refund your order due to change in mind. All sales items are final and may not be exchanged or returned.
However, you can exchange or return our product if:
- You received a faulty or defect items
- The sizing is different from our product details
In case of stock unavailability, you may choose to exchange with other item with the same price/above, or you will receive a full refund.
All returned items must be in its original condition: UNWORN, UNWASHED and ALL TAGS still attached.
Kindly please send an email to us for exchange or refund with the subject “EXCHANGE” or “REFUND” to: ………………… and we will reply it as soon as we received your email.
Email must be sent MAX. 7 DAYS after you received the package. Otherwise, you can't exchange/refund your package.
